Erik founded Palm Tree Properties primarily as a platform to manage his own portfolio of rental
properties as well as to provide boutique management services to a select group of clients .

I live in beautiful San Diego, CA, and I have spent the last 10 years buying, selling, and
managing properties.
I am a 2nd generation realtor and began my career working with my mom in my hometown of Greeley, Colorado. She gave me a fantastic foundation for how to make money buying, renovating, and renting properties. I later moved to Miami, Florida, where I worked for a large residential brokerage company and gained a tremendous amount of experience working with home buyers and sellers.

I then moved to San Diego, California, where I started buying properties that I renovated and
leased as short-term rentals through Airbnb. Between 2017 and 2020, I hosted over 10,000
guests. As the pandemic hit in 2020, I decided to wind down my vacation rental business and
convert my remaining properties to long-term rentals.
I started Palm Tree Properties to use the experience I have gained as both a broker and real estate investor to help people of all experience levels achieve the dream of home ownership as well as build generational wealth through real estate investing.
When not working on real estate, I enjoy pottery, long walks with my dog Kaya, and playing golf with my husband/business partner.
