With an impressive background in real estate and a proven track record as a top performer at one of the largest brokerages in San Diego, Justin brings a wealth of expertise and fresh ideas to Palm Tree Properties. Raised in Redondo Beach, CA, Justin joined the U.S. Army in 2001 at the age of 18, serving as a Signal Support Systems Specialist. His military career took him around the world, with deployments in Germany, Israel, Washington, and Iraq. Following his service, Justin pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Pre-Physical Therapy from Cal Polytechnic State University. His experience managing operations for a physical therapy clinic, along with his entrepreneurial ventures, eventually led Justin to a career in real estate.

Since entering the residential real estate industry, Justin has closed 32 homes in the last 2.5 years. His expertise lies in targeted prospecting and open house strategies, with a particular focus on assisting homeowners who are ready to downsize after years of residency.

Justin has been a longtime friend and protégé, and I am thrilled to officially welcome him to the Palm Tree Properties family.
