Erik Egelko

Erik Egelko oversees the overall management strategy as well as provides executive guidance regarding major management decisions.

Prior to founding Palm Tree Properties, Erik held a senior leadership role at a national commercial real estate firm where he was intimately involved in all aspects of asset management including; acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and property management.

Erik has experience with a wide range of asset types including retail shopping centers, apartment complexes, residential income portfolios, and mixed use projects. As an active real estate investor, Erik’s personal portfolio includes commercial and residential properties in San Diego.
