Justin Verdugo

Justin Verdugo brings a dynamic mix of military discipline, business savvy, and real estate expertise to Palm Tree Properties. Raised in Redondo Beach, CA, Justin began his career by serving five years in the U.S. Army, where he was stationed around the world. After earning his degree from Cal Polytechnic State University, he went on to manage multiple physical therapy clinics and successfully launched two of his own businesses.

Justin transitioned into residential real estate 2.5 years ago, quickly becoming a top producer at one of San Diego’s largest brokerages. His focus on residential sales and circle prospecting has led him to close 32 homes. Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with his family and working on home improvement projects.
