Erik Egelko

PRESIDENT

Erik Egelko oversees the overall management strategy as well as provides executive guidance regarding major management decisions. Prior to founding Palm Tree Properties, Erik held a senior leadership role at a national commercial real estate firm where he was intimately involved in all aspects of asset management including; acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and property management. Erik has experience with a wide range of asset types including retail shopping centers, apartment complexes, residential income portfolios, and mixed use projects. As an active real estate investor, Erik’s personal portfolio includes commercial and residential properties in San Diego.

Max Reynolds

VICE PRESIDENT

Max Reynolds focuses on leasing and tenant relationship management. Max has completed over 200 lease transactions, showcasing his proficiency in negotiation and operational efficiency.

In addition to brokerage, he is a real estate investor, owning both residential and commercial income properties. Being on the principal side of the deal has provided him with a well-balanced outlook on investing in real estate and a philosophy that sets him apart from other property managers. Born and raised in Alpine, he is a San Diego native and grew up in a first generation of developers and builders (Reynolds Communities). He attended San Diego State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics. Go Aztecs!

Lindsey Egelko

DIRECTOR OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Lindsey Egelko is the backbone to our operation and leads the charge with maintenance coordination and bookkeeping. She has an extensive background in property ownership, property management, and construction management. Lindsey is a 2nd generation broker who began her career in her hometown of Greeley, CO. She worked alongside her mother who was a seasoned realtor, property manager, and real estate investor. Through this relationship, Lindsey developed a fantastic foundation for how to make money buying, renovating, and renting properties early in her career.

Lindsey uses the experience she has gained as both a property manager and real estate investor to help clients of all experience levels create real, generational wealth through their real estate investing.
