Erik Egelko is the founder and President of Palm Tree Properties. A San Diego rental property owner himself, Erik built the company around a simple standard: manage every client's property the way he would want his own managed. He remains directly involved with clients, giving property owners a level of access and accountability that's hard to find at larger management firms.
