Palm Tree Properties reviews vendor applications on a rolling basis as operational needs arise. We are not actively onboarding new vendors unless a specific operational requirement exists.

Minimum Requirements

Valid Licensing

Current California contractor's license or applicable trade license

Insurance Coverage

General liability insurance ($1M minimum) and workers' compensation

Service Capacity

Ability to respond to work orders within established timeframes

Professional References

Verifiable references from property management or commercial clients
