We also maintain and readily provide duplicates of all work orders and receipts for your year-end tax preparations.

Erik oversees our property management strategy and executive operations. Previously holding senior leadership at a national firm, he directed all facets of property management, including proactive leasing and tenant retention. He offers extensive management expertise across retail centers, apartment complexes, mixed-use projects, and residential portfolios. As an active investor personally managing his own San Diego commercial and residential rentals, Erik brings a highly valuable, owner-centric perspective to professional property management.

Fluent in Russian, English, and Spanish, Olesia brings a global perspective, having previously traveled to over forty countries while working six years on international cruise ships.
